Df2020 is headed up by Freddie McMahon, Chief Innovation Officer and John Rawlings, CEO.

Df2020 was founded in 2014 as the brainchild of Freddie McMahon and John Rawlings. With a combined experience of over 70 years, John and Freddie have extensive and practical experience of building successful knowledge management, technology and financial services consultancy businesses. Both have a shared vision to democratise the use of AI, making it more accessible to all businesses and to enable as many people as possible to collaborate and to share valuable know-how without limits or geographical boundaries.
As a business, Df2020 is committed to having a positive social impact with a focus on the ethical use of AI where everyone has the skills, access to the benefits and opportunities created by technology.

Freddie McMahon

A pioneer in every sense of the word, Freddie is at the forefront of new thinking. He is dedicated to improving individual decision making by simplifying and streamlining the use of complex knowledge, across all digital touchpoints and devices. His passion is for complex knowledge to become a working and measurable asset. This means complex knowledge covering regulatory, statutory, policy, legal, tax, tariffs and procedural practices can transcend to creating new value across all public sectors and industries.

John Rawlings

John is a respected business leader and entrepreneur, his desire is to create a universal change through Df2020’s transformative Chatbot technology. With budget constraints and a growing population the need for self-service and know-how across all sectors is greater than ever. John’s vision is to empower communities everywhere to harness the value of knowledge and continually evolve through the use of human powered artificial intelligence.

Karina Knudsen

Karina brings a background in technology and has led numerous business change and digital transformation projects. She is a motivated self-starter with a proven and consistent track record of exceeding targets and personal objectives. Karina is focussed on developing our commercial partnership programme built considering fundamental marketing principles including partnership marketing, affiliate partnerships and influencer relations across both the private and public sector. The advancement of technology, cloud adoption and greater connectivity will create more competition. "Through my work in this field, I have demonstrated how brands that share values and whose products or services complement each other can realise sustainable commercial value, new customer acquisition, increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty."
